Why a mobile IP for scraping
Anti-bot systems judge the IP first: datacenter addresses are well known, often already flagged, and get captchas or blocks after a few requests. A mobile IP, by contrast, is used by many real carrier customers through CGNAT: blocking it would mean blocking real customers, so sites are far more careful.
