Trust & Safety
Acceptable use
What you can do with ProxyHub Proxies, what you can't, and how to report abuse to us.
Our commitment
ProxyHub Proxies exit from real mobile IPs, shared with thousands of people on the same network. That's why we protect them: misuse harms our customers, the carriers and everyone who uses those IPs every day.
Allowed uses
- Managing social media and marketplace accounts, your own or your clients'.
- Checking ads, campaigns and content as they appear in a country or on a carrier.
- Monitoring prices, availability and search results.
- Testing apps, websites and services on the real mobile network.
- Private browsing and use as a VPN (WireGuard and OpenVPN) for your own activities.
Prohibited activities
The activities listed in Section 6 of the Terms are prohibited, and largely blocked technically, including:
- Fraud, phishing, scams or social engineering.
- DDoS attacks, network scanning or overloading computer systems.
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
- Distributing or accessing illegal content.
- Infringing intellectual property rights or evading sanctions.
- Unauthorized resale or sharing of credentials.
How we enforce it
- We block upstream the sites and ports used only for abuse.
- We log connections as described in the Privacy Policy, so a report can be verified.
- In case of abuse we suspend the Proxy while we check and, if confirmed, close the account without refund.
- We cooperate with the authorities when the law requires it.
If a ProxyHub IP was used against you or your service, write to info@proxyhub.it with the subject "Abuse" and include:
- The IP address and the destination port.
- The exact date and time, with the time zone.
- A description of what happened and, if possible, logs or evidence.
Every report is read by a person. We reply as soon as possible and act on the Proxy involved.
