IP reputation check
Paste an IP, or use your own, and see how websites see it: mobile, fixed-line, datacenter, VPN or Tor, who is behind it, blacklist listings and a risk score. Next to it, one of our IPs right now.
How it works
- We ask ipinfo.io who is behind the IP (carrier, city, country) and recognise from the name whether it is a mobile network, a fixed line, a hosting provider or a VPN.
- We query the most used public blacklists (Spamhaus ZEN, SpamCop, UCEPROTECT, DroneBL, PSBL, blocklist.de) and the list of Tor exit nodes.
- The risk score combines network type and listings: it estimates how anti-bot systems treat that IP, not a judgement about the person.
We don't store the IPs you check: they are sent to the lists and to ipinfo.io only for the check, never to our logs.
